teachingideas.co.uk - Practice worksheets for English, Maths, Science and other subjects. Not specfically for EAL learners, but still useful.
esl-galaxy.com - Fun printable board games on different vocabulary and grammar topics.
english-4kids.com - Worksheets on spelling, verbs and vocabulary.
For older learners:
BBC bitesize - Resources covering all GCSE subjects (not EAL specific but useful anyway, and for your own revision!)
esol.britishcouncil.org - Resources for adult learners on grammar and life in the UK, but may be useful for older secondary-aged pupils
englishpage.com - More advanced exercises on vocabulary and grammar; especially good for gap-fill exercises on different verb tenses
For all ages:
eal.britishcouncil.org - Lots of teaching resources for both Primary and Secondary aged pupils, on a range of topics including science, history and maths. Also has advice pages for parents.
eslflashcards.com - Range of useful flashcards and pictures on lots of different vocabulary topics
bbc.co.uk/education - Loads of useful resources for all ages and subjects (although not EAL specific)
emaonline.org.uk - Search portal for EAL resources by Key Stage, subject or language
http://ealhighland.org.uk - Brilliant website with loads of resources specifically for EAL pupils (eg. words lists in various languages for Maths, Geography, Science etc)
Racing to English youtube videos - Videos which go through some basic teaching techniques etc
