We were absolutely delighted to receive the news that the National Lottery Community Fund’s Reaching Communities programme will be supporting Jacari’s work over the next three years.
The funding will support the delivery and development of all four of our programmes across Bristol and Oxford, with the goal of reaching 780 children and young people over the three years. Through our community and peer tutoring programmes, alongside our trips and events, children and young people will develop their English language skills, confidence and sense of belonging, so that they can achieve their full potential and thrive at school and in their wider communities.

We would like to thank the team at The National Lottery Community Fund for recognising the value of what we do and supporting us through the application process, and the players of the National Lottery who make this kind of funding possible. Thank you!
This achievement reflects the hard work of the whole Jacari team, our volunteers and our trustees, and the difference their work makes to the children and young people we work with every day.
We look forward to sharing our progress with our supporters over the coming years - sign up here to keep up-to-date with our work.
