We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Charity Manager to manage our organisation.
Our Charity Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing Jacari, leading the staff team, maintaining oversight of programme delivery, managing operations, and working with the board of trustees to develop and implement our strategic plans.
We are looking for someone with experience of leadership, including managing innovative projects and monitoring their impact and of building and managing a team of staff and/or volunteers. We are really keen to hear from people passionate about educational equality, who show commitment to work with young people and/or those from marginalised communities.
The role offers scope to develop a well established charity working to address educational inequality and support young people from refugee and migrant communities.
Location: The role can be based in either Bristol or Oxford, with regular visits to either city.
Hours: 30 hours / 4 days a week (with possibility of full-time work)
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
