Over £3000 raised!

Over the last few months, Jacari supporters have been running, walking, cycling, swimming and rowing 65km (or much more in some cases!) to raise funds for Jacari’s tutoring programme. We are delighted to announce that our fabulous fundraisers have raised over £3000 and money is still coming in!

Some highlights of the challenge include Acacia Marshall walking 100 miles on the West Highland Way, Chris Winchester walking 65km from Stratford-upon-Avon to Birmingham and the Oriel Square team combining to cycle, run, walk and row a massive 820km between them.

We have been so impressed with the dedication of all our fundraisers and the support they’ve received, enabling us to go above and beyond our target. Your donations will help Jacari provide vital tuition to children with EAL in Oxford and Bristol in the next academic year, getting them back on track with their education after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Thank you to everyone who has taken part in the challenge and all of their friends, families and colleagues who have donated. And it's not too late to donate to the Jacari 65 Challenge, if you haven't had the chance! You can either donate to an individual fundraiser's page or directly to the campaign.
