Weekly hours log
Click the link below to record the hours you have taught your pupil this week and any notes you have about your lessons. Doing so helps us keep track of how tutoring is going and measure our impact, but also will help us write you a reference in the future, so please do it each week!
You can complete the form for the past 4 weeks of teaching. When you enter your email address, please make sure you use the same one you used when registering with Jacari (otherwise the form will not work!)
